LSC was founded to fill a market need for a high quality, relationship driven, professionally managed residential construction company.

Lee E. Schettino, LSC's Founder & Principal, is a fourth generation contractor. Lee has a profound appreciation for artisanal craftsmanship and great design.

His introduction to the industry came at an early age as he worked alongside his grandfather and father as they painstakingly converted a historic barn into a single family residence that would eventually become their home. This experience helped shape a lifelong passion for design and construction.  Subsequently, Lee spent his summers and vacations working in all aspects of the business.

After studying management at American University and living abroad after graduation, Lee returned to Connecticut to begin his career in earnest.  His early years were spent working in management roles in real estate and commercial construction. He then pursued a career in high-end, luxury, residential construction in the New York City metro area.

Today, Lee remains passionately committed to his founding vision and is intimately involved in all aspects of the construction process from pre-construction to the final punch list.
